We were out of state purchasers. Beth was very helpful telling us about the different nuances applicable to Florida which was very helpful. Beth was also very helpful and very much on time of things. If I had any questions, she was always quick to get back to me with a response. I felt that she negotiated a very fair price on my home purchase. Beth Carlton was amazing as a realtor. From the beginning of looking at over 25 properties in two days to recommending a local lender to creating a timeline of documents needed to working with the seller and their agent in fixing problems at the home to going out to the property for the home inspection to digging in the dirt trying to locate the well to being patient during the ongoing document requests from the lender to really being supportive in the whole process which ended with her handing me the keys to my new home and a bottle of wine, the whole process was bearable because of Beth. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing or even thinking about purchasing a house. Beth Carlton knows her stuff and I will be handing out her business cards to my friends.
