Trisha was awesome to work with. She has tremendous knowledge of the different markets and knew what properties to send us, while still living in DC, that fit our budget and specifications. Finally when we’re able to fly down she nailed the property that met all of our needs. Trisha was tremendous because since we had to return to DC, she took care everything necessary to consummate the sale. We flew in from DC to the closing table. Trish was very helpful and knowledgeable about listing our home. She gave us tips to make the best use of space for potential buyers. If she didn’t hear from buyers agents, she contacted them personally for feedback. She was always there to encourage us if a showing didn’t produce an offer. When Trish helped us purchase our new home, she had our best interest in mind and made sure all the I’s were dotted and T’s were crossed. Hands down one of the best Real Estate agents we’ve ever worked with - period! Trisha far exceeded traditional buyer advocacy roles and responsibilities. She was knowledgeable and professional, but most importantly, she was relentless in her representation, tireless in her pursuit to obtain the best deal, and utterly fearless in her efforts to resolve any and all issues. What put her way over the top for us was her follow up after the sale. Where every other agent may have been satisfied with the sale, Trisha called on us several times afterwards. In fact, she continued to engage our builder on our behalf months into various frustrating home warranty issues and undoubtedly led our issues to resolution through her pursuit of excellence and passion for customer service.
