Harry went so far above and beyond what I expected from a real estate agent. I was incredibly busy with my own job as a physician that I really did not have the time to be involved in a number of hiccups with selling our 1820 home. Harry knows everyone! We needed a landscaper, floor refinisher, electrician, plumber, painter all at the last minute--no problem. Harry also took car of prior work permit issues by going to the town hall himself and speaking directly with the building inspector. Can you believe he got the inspector to come over to the hose on the same day after his work day to deal with our inspection issues! Anytime we needed him he would be over to the house usually within minutes. I really can't imagine having sold my home without his assistance. Any finally, outside of his job in real estate he is a truly good and caring human being. I can't say enough good things about Jackie! She went above and beyond in helping us get our house ready for sale, giving us advice on everything from updates to invest in and how best to stage the house. For outside work that needed to be done, she always had a long list of excellent contractors who helped with repairs. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and micro markets within Newtown. She did a great job marketing our house, hosing multiple open houses, and sending email campaigns to prospects in the NYC area. She was very responsive whenever we had a question or needed to discuss something. We were very happy with everything she did for us.

From the moment we met Audrey, we knew that we would have a comfortable, fulfilling, and relatively stress-free experience in looking for a new home. Audrey helped guide us through the process, helped us find new possible houses to visit, and helped us get used to the emotional rollercoaster that comes with making decisions, making offers, sometimes getting rejected, and finally getting an accepted offer. We had very specific things in mind for what kind of house we wanted and Audrey was very supportive in searching for houses that met our desires. She was super communicative with us, and went to bat for us time and time again in reaching out to sellers' agents. She was the perfect balance of knowledgeable and helpful but never pushy, and never put pressure of any kind on us. She was also incredibly personable and friendly and got to know us and shared about her life and her family. She also visited us once we had gotten our new home.
