First time selling a house

I had a great experience with Katie. During our first meeting, she clearly laid out the steps to take and also gave me the resources to get started. She has excellent contacts for helping with cleaning out a home. I appreciated that she wanted to help me by having items go to people who needed them or to a charity that could distribute them.
