About five years ago, my wife and I attended a Why Vegas Hawaii seminar because we were thinking about possibly purchasing an investment property in Las Vegas. A few months later, we contacted David and met with him. We informed David what type of property we were looking for and in what area. David then went right to work in search of some listing. We also did some of our own searching and found a property in Henderson that we were interested in. David worked with us by helping us place an offer that was accepted, and we got our first investment property. A year later, we contacted David again for his help with purchasing another investment property this time in Las Vegas. The unit closed in two weeks. With the purchase of the two properties and the sale of the second property, it was pleasant and stressless working with David.
