Darrell and David were my realtors of choice in finding me investments properties in Las Vegas to complete my 1031 exchange sale of investment property in Hawaii Kai. They know the market and locations that will be in demand in future years. They did the active listings search, narrowed down the choices, and inspected the properties. They represented me well and helped me figure out the right properties, reviewed the contracts, coordinated the inspections, and referred me to an experienced property management company they work with. First, Darell Kimura and David Sur helped us sell Mom’s home when she downsized to a senior living community. Then, when we were ready to find our retirement home in Vegas, they really listened to what we were looking for and found the perfect home with views for us. About five years ago, my wife and I attended a Why Vegas Hawaii seminar because we were thinking about possibly purchasing an investment property in Las Vegas. A few months later, we contacted David and met with him. We informed David what type of property we were looking for and in what area. David then went right to work in search of some listing. We also did some of our own searching and found a property in Henderson that we were interested in. David worked with us by helping us place an offer that was accepted, and we got our first investment property. A year later, we contacted David again for his help with purchasing another investment property this time in Las Vegas. David being rich in his real estate knowledge in the Las Vegas area, found us our second condo investment unit in Park One. Again he assisted us with the signing of all the documents and closed on the property. Two years later 2024, we decided to sell our unit in Park One, and again we contacted David. There were some issues that needed attention before David could list the unit. David also helped us with taking care of the issues. David listed the unit and got a hard offer on the first day. The unit closed in two weeks. With the purchase of the two properties and the sale of the second property, it was pleasant and stressless working with David. We developed a trust in David and felt confident working with him. David also assisted us with the signing of all the documents, and if we had any questions, he was always available to answer them. Having a trust in David and feeling confident working with him, we consider David as a friend. We would like to also Thank Darrell Kimura for also helping us with some lat minute issues that needed to be taken care of. We really appreciate having David and Darrell helping us with the purchases and sale of our properties in Las Vegas and in Henderson. MAHALO David and Darrell!

I was looking for my first home and Darrell did a great job in finding properties that met my criteria in the home, location and price. My first choice had multiple offers and he was able to put together a story that made the owner want to pick mine. My offer was accepted without having to go over the asking price. Darrell helped me get the best loan available and walked me through all the steps to get to closing smoothly. David assisted with the last couple of steps and I was extremely happy with both of them. All in all they made my first home purchase a wonderful and stress free experience and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a home in Vegas.
