We were so blessed to find Darrell, David and their amazing team. We felt so comfortable and confident that they were guiding us to our beautiful new house! They located the PERFECT location for us! They also referred us to some incredible contractors that did all the detail work. They transformed our new house into a home! So much great advice and over all help with relocating to the 9th island. We would recommend Expand Realty to anyone looking for two really AWESOME Local Boys with big ALOHA! This team is AMAZING! We honestly wouldn’t have made it with them. Mahalo Nuis 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Darrell and David supported us from the time we met them at our first seminar through today as we furnish our new home in Las Vegas. Their experience and knowledge of both the Hawaii and Nevada marketplaces enabled our home purchase to go smoothly and quickly. We could not have done this without them!

Asking David to help us sell our townhouse was the best decision we made. Excellent open communication...He listens to our ideas and makes suggestions, he's honest and never pushy, and he knows his stuff. So easy to work with! Thank you David for being the professional that you are!

I had questions about everything because we were buying a house and selling my mother's house and they made it easy for me. They were always there to help and answer any questions. If they did not know, they had a recommendation and that was helpful. They excessed my expectations and was very happy with the end results. The buyer for my mother's home was going back and forth on some issues, but Darrell resolved them and he even cleaned my mother's home before the buyers moved in - that is going above and beyond! If you need someone to help you sell or buy a home -- Darrell and David are your guys - you will never regret it!

From the beginning of our seller/realtor relationship, we were treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. I had so many questions and they were patient and knowledgeable each time answering them. David met with us for the first time in our home. We knew he was part of the team. That was important to have a face to face conversation because we continued our meetings, conference calls, texts, and emails with Darrell. A big part of the sale was knowing how much the property was worth, the selling price. I expected much more, but Darrell laid out all the facts on the location, selling prices for houses in our neighborhood, and the condition of our house, then the asking price sounded reasonable. Darrell was adamant about selling the house quickly without doing any repairs or upgrades. He did this because there was the volume was so low in our neighborhood. With that being said, Darrell repaired one very damaged window sill himself for no cost to us and he did a nice job. Although Darrell and David allowed us to make all our own decisions they steered us in the right direction. Their knowledge and experience would not allow us to be taken advantage of by the buyers. We appreciated that immensely. Signing forms without Docusign was a problem for me mainly because I was on a trip without all my devices and knowledge to troubleshoot. The sale of the home seemed to take a long time, we figured that was due to crossing t's and dotting i's. We were so happy to get more than the asking price. Goal Achieved! Darrell and David truly cared about who bought our house because they knew we loved our home. We would recommend Darrell and David to anyone either selling or buying a home. They make the experience personal and special. These two gentlemen are down to earth, courteous, honest, and dependable, just the kind of people you would want to work with as partners. Thank you for Everything! The Kamiya Family

From the beginning he listened to exactly what my requirements were and searched only for them. He provided context for all potential issues with valuable solutions to ensure we closed on time for a flawless process.

David’s support of my purchase and sale of my home in Henderson, NV was top notch. He helped me purchase my first home in NV and guided me to the areas I should consider purchasing. I purchased this property without setting foot in the home. The purchase was done just was we were coming out of the pandemic so travel was difficult. David provided detailed pictures of the interior and exterior of the house. He also walked through the property several times and highlighted the pros and cons while on a video call with me which helped me make my final decision to purchase this property. Fast forward a few years, I asked David to represent me when I decided to sell this property. David and his team made the sale as painless as can be considering I was on a trip out of the country at the time. David took the time to explain every offer we received highlighting which ones were better than others. He also took the time to schedule calls to go over the paperwork which can be confusing if you don’t deal with it everyday. The biggest highlight is David took the lead on several negotiations with the buyer’s agent when issues arose which could have tanked the sale and ultimately saved me money at the end. David is the one I will call when I decide to purchase my next home in Hawaii or Nevada. Thanks David for all of your support.

David is a prime example of an agent with integrity and knowledge. I’ve had the pleasure of his services as both a seller and buyer. Both transactions were virtually stress free. Thanks so much. Highly recommend him to anyone considering a move to Las Vegas.

I didn’t know much about the housing market in Vegas until I met with David and Darrell. The way they explained things to me made it easy for me to understand, because they connected pieces from Hawaii to Las Vegas that made it more relative to what I am looking for.

David and Darrell were great with our listing. Being on the mainland, we had rely on David and Darrell to coordinate with our contractor and to be our eyes and ears there locally. They did a great job in setting our expectations on value and competition. With some minor issues on our listing they managed to navigate through that and get us under contract and closed in a relative short time. Would definitely use them again!

David and Darrell worked in combo to solve a number of issues. Their knowledge, patience and communication enabled us to close early satisfying the needs of all parties. Stellar service!

Darrell and David did just a wonderful job in getting us a home we were waiting for years in just a couple of months. This past December we were in Las Vegas and Darrell met us and took us around to look at several homes and the next couple of days he took us again to look at the home we were interested in. When we got back home Darrell called and we made a bid and with in a month we bough the home we wish for years to move to Las Vegas and Darrell and David and his staff did a wonderful job. They are just great people we can trust on getting the job done.
