David Wilson as an agent was amazing!. He was always professional and always communicated what was to be expected next. His knowledge regarding the sale of homes and the housing market was never wrong. He made sure that we understood every step along the way in the sell of our home. He made sure that all questions were answered and guided us as decisions needed to be made. He was on top of when open houses etc. should be completed and never had us wishing that more was being done to get our house sold. He went above and beyond towards the end of our sale to make sure that our buyers and their agent were satisfied. I will definitely recommend David to family and friends if they want to buy or sell their home.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! David was the reason we found our dream home and we can’t say thank you enough. In a single week, we had over a dozen showings throughout the Clermont area. He organized our day to the minute to ensure we maximized time and talked us through each homes specs, details and pricing. He came prepared to each showing, and was eventually instrumental in negotiating an offer. We strongly believe that without David’s knowledge and his desire to “put the client first”, that we wouldn’t have found our dream home! Couldn’t recommend David enough!!!

David was a great help guiding us through the sale of our parents home. David’s advice on repairs to make and who to perform those were spot on and rapidly accomplished, especially as closing approached. in our negotiations when offers were presented, David’s knowledge of the current market conditions of our property, the buyers situation and the ability to inform us of our actual expected net proceeds were invaluable in developing counter offers and reaching a signed contract. We highly recommend David, he is great guy and with his knowledge of the real estate process and his customer service you can’t go wrong.

Alison is a very cheerful person and loves her job. She was always in communication with us weather someone made in inquiry by phone or through social media and anybody who came out to see the property. We can’t say enough great things about working with David to find our new home in Florida! Coming from out of state, we were unfamiliar with the area, and Florida is a big state! David patiently showed us every home we were interested in, no matter the location, and helped us navigate the different towns. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the real estate process and made sure to stick within our budget, only showing us homes that fit our criteria. David also went above and beyond by helping us arrange an inspection, setting up home insurance, and even providing a list of all the utility companies and their contact info to get us set up before closing.
