I was looking for the perfect home for my kids and I with an admittedly long list of “must -haves”. He took on the challenge of finding my perfect house and did so patiently and supportively despite the many houses we toured. Questions I had were quickly answered and he always knew someone to help address any concerns regarding repairs or modifications. I never felt pressured or rushed. Awilda communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire homebuying process, always keeping us informed and answering every question with patience and care. Awilda wasn't satisfied until we were satisfied. For example, we had an issue with our new flooring. Without going into too much detail in this review, Awilda volunteered to resolve the issue using her contact and funds (builder was being a bit difficult). Awilda attended all meetings with us, to include each walk through. Her attention to detail and understanding of our needs made us feel confident every step of the way. We met Awilda at an open house and fell in love with the property! We were in a contingency sell situation with our current home and she came out the same day to give us a a free sell estimate for our home and did her research to give us a fair market value for the property. Within a couple days, the pictures were already taken and our property was up for sell with a contract on the new house. She was so quick with everything and answered any questions we had along the way, as well as keeping us informed of every little change. She was also super nice and personable, which was an added bonus! We enjoyed our experience with her enough that we are currently using her as our agent to sell a vacant lot we own.
