Most of the time, when it comes to navigating real estate transactions, realtors can be part of the problem instead of the helpful solution. Audrey is not that way. She is kind, knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and she looks at her clients as humans, not dollar signs. Audrey is one of very, very few realtors in the US that I have met who cared an iota about people. And she is the only one I have met who views commission as a nice bonus to helping folks navigate their real estate transactions. She's amazing and I am so thankful for all of her help with the sale of our home!

The biggest thing is that Audrey provided us with guidance instead of telling us what we wanted to hear in order to proceed with a sale. She has an extremely calm demeanor and communicated well with us every step of the way. We never felt rushed or pressured at all. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the schools.
