•We worked with Kelly selling my parents house in Shafter right as the market starting changing, which made for a difficult sell. However, from the first time we met she had all of the information on the market for the area in Shafter where my parents house was. Once hired she went right to work getting the information on all of the house selling sites and began planning for open house dates. Within a month, and many conversations discussing the market she found some buyers who purchased the house for market value. Kelly worked with us through every step and if we had questions for which she did not have answers, she was able to reach out to her many resources and get us answers very quickly. I would say Kelly went above and beyond what we expected as our realtor. My Parents, Wife, Sister & me are all very happy with her hard work and perseverance. I would use her again in a heartbeat.
