We worked with Kelly selling my parents house in Shafter right as the market starting changing, which made for a difficult sell. However, from the first time we met she had all of the information on the market for the area in Shafter where my parents house was. Once hired she went right to work getting the information on all of the house selling sites and began planning for open house dates. Within a month, and many conversations discussing the market she found some buyers who purchased the house for market value. Kelly worked with us through every step and if we had questions for which she did not have answers, she was able to reach out to her many resources and get us answers very quickly. I would say Kelly went above and beyond what we expected as our realtor. My Parents, Wife, Sister & me are all very happy with her hard work and perseverance. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

I really liked the way Kelly explained everything to my husband and I. Very easy go follow along! It was a long and exhausting journey but Kelly never let us get discouraged. My husband and I were looking for a home to buy. It was difficult because we lived in Orange County and decided to buy in Bakersfield. My husband stubbled across Kelly’s name on the internet and that’s how it all started. I called her and explained that we live in the OC. She didn’t hesitate to help at all. She was already committed. We searched for houses on the internet, sent them to Kelly and she did the footwork. She set up appointments with sellers and went to look at the houses for us. She made videos and sent them to us to review. We must’ve looked at hundreds of homes…Ok, I’m exaggerating a bit, but that’s what it seemed like. Lol I felt so bad for her. But, she kept pushing forward and never gave up. Kelly is amazing in every way. She’s trusting, loving, caring, determined and motivated. If you need a realtor, KELLY IS YOUR GIRL!!! Don’t hesitate. We met Kelly when we began the search for our forever home. She was/is great! She was very patient, as our requirement list was extensive, not to mention our wish list. We were from out of town and she set up multiple viewings each time, allowing us to maximize our travel time. She willingly gave us most of her day, several days a week. She made multiple offers on our behalf and was very knowledgeable about the process and the strategy. When we finally found our home and began the escrow process, she guided us through every step, making us feel informed and at ease. We don't believe that we would've found our dream home at the perfect price without her, she's invaluble. Going thru the process of selling our house and buying another, was really nerve wracking for me and my wife. However, Kelly made it easy to understand and a fun experience.
