I am the Broker-Owner of Wendy Reinhardt Realty, a boutique brokerage I founded in 2005 with a commitment to highly personalized service and proven results. I’m a full-time Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, and the Englewood Area Board of Realtors. With over 30 years of experience in the local real estate market, I help buyers and sellers achieve their goals through clear strategy and hands-on guidance. I’m deeply familiar with every stage of a transaction—from mortgages, title, and real estate law to sales and brokerage management—which allows me to anticipate challenges, negotiate strategically, and keep things moving smoothly. I don’t hand clients off to assistants or systems; I stay personally involved from start to finish so nothing gets missed, providing my clients with true concierge-level service. Originally from Connecticut, I’ve lived in Florida for over 30 years and now enjoy the coastal lifestyle in Venice. I have a strong command of the local Southwest Florida coastal market, having sold over 575 homes and $300M+ in sales volume. I love this area and am passionate about helping others navigate it successfully. Best Agent Ever! We love Wendi!

This is our third house we are buying with Wendi, we also sold a house with her. She is always available and gets back to us right away, no matter what time it is! If there is something out of ordinary she will investigate and find out, she is on it! She lives locally so she knows the areas, the laws, the regulations that are constantly changing. We were blessed to find her years ago and to continue to have her as our agent all these years. Knowledge and Experience matters!
