I am Wendy Lucas, the Managing Broker and Owner of Wendy Lucas Real Estate, a boutique Real Estate company with offices in Aspen and Basalt, Colorado. I work full time to provide buyers and sellers with the utmost brokerage services available anywhere. I have been a full-time Realtor in the Roaring Fork Valley since 1991. I established myself as the leading selling broker in the valley, selling more real estate individually than most offices did together. My concentration, for years, was selling pre-construction homes. In that role I sold hundreds of high end homes, condos and townhomes before they ever were built. My listings are located throughout the Roaring Fork Valley, mainly in Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt and Carbondale.
