Cheryl Wendt did an excellent job from day one! She came right away and advised us what to list our house for, took great pictures and got it listed where we would get the most action! When we had a showing, she kept us posted as to the time, what their comments were on the house and we knew exactly what was happening every minute! Cheryl did an excellent job for us and so did the team at Wendt Key Team Realty, Ltd. We highly recommend her and would get her again if we need to sell another house!
