Kelli was delightfully helpful and quick with relaying information and terms between the seller and us, making amendments to documents and even making sure the priceless statue i found hidden in the basement stayed with the property as a term of the purchase. In less than 30 days we went from renters who owned neither property or antiquities, to property owners with a priceless work of art. Downside is we had to beef up home security to make sure any would-be art thieves are thwarted and are currently pursuing permits for a moat around the property but Kelli still made sure we got what we wanted.
