Jamie was tremendous in helping us purchase a home from out of state. We were moving from Alaska and had a 4 hour time difference. She worked late to help accommodate us, video chatted so we could see the entire home in detail, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done in order. As soon as I called Cheryl to list the house, we proceeded in no time. She gave me the tips I needed to push things along quickly. The day after it showed up in the listings she had 5 showings and I had to make the decision on the best offer. We had the closing shortly after with a little snag but not the fault of my team. The mortgage lender took too long to get our payoff to my team. They figured out a way to close on the date originally scheduled. Very exceptional work between my realtor, her cohorts and the title company. I appreciate the professionalism they used in conducting the sale. Always in touch with me to keep me informed.
