Emily was amazing!!! Going thru this whole process as a first-time home buyer she made it so easy for me! Every time I saw a house I wanted to go look at she was right on top of getting a time for us to go see it. Answering all my questions and being readily available was awesome and a very good quality to have in a realtor!! We recently worked with Charee Oman to sell our condo in Fremont, Ohio, and I can honestly say she did an outstanding job from start to finish. From the very beginning, Charee made my wife and me feel like we were her top priority. She communicated extremely well—always quick to respond to texts or voicemails—and was honest and transparent throughout the process. Even though she's newer to real estate, she never let that slow things down. If she didn’t have an answer, she immediately found someone who did and made sure we were taken care of. I really respected that level of initiative and accountability. She told us upfront that she thought the condo would sell quickly without us needing to make any changes—and she was right. Within just a few weeks we had an interested buyer. Charee helped guide us through negotiations, balancing both our needs and the buyer's. The buyer was using a VA loan and needed help with the down payment, and Charee worked creatively to make it a win-win for both sides. She made sure we got what we wanted while helping the buyer afford their new home. What really stood out was how much she truly made us feel like she was on our team the whole time. She handled all the back-and-forth communication with the buyer and their agent, which took a lot of pressure off of us. And perhaps most importantly, she was honest—willing to own mistakes (though there weren’t many!) and always made it clear our best interests were her top concern. I’d absolutely recommend Charee to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area. Her dedication, communication, and heart for her clients are exactly what you want in a real estate agent. We'd definitely work with her again.

Steven was amazing from start to finish. Originally reached out to him back in fall of 24’. He reached back out in January and explained it was a good time and opportunity for me to look. Not only did he do an excellent job guiding me through the process, he had an answer for any of my questions or concerns. His work ethic and readiness to help me at any time, reassured my trust in him and his guidance. He made what could have been an intimidating process; fun and enjoyable. My experience dealing with Jamie was absolutely amazing! From the initial email and questions that I had regarding the property I was interested in, multiple walk throughs and getting me through to a quick closing of the transaction, everything went as perfect as could be and was handled in a very professional manner! All questions were answered as quick as I could ask them. All paperwork was thoroughly explained to me and I knew at every minute where we stood throughout the process.
