Jolene is the best! As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about the process or where to begin. She led me to a great lending company and because she had a rapport with them, she was able to constantly speak to them on my behalf as to whether the numbers would work for me on any particular house before we even put in an offer. I am very grateful to have had a realtor who was so responsive when I would call or text her at odd hours about a house that just came on the market. She is very eager and is willing to show you a home at a moment's notice. She is also a great negotiator, and was able to get me the home of my dreams when an offer came in on the same day (just hours before, even) we were going to put in one - and we ultimately won the bid! She was always on time and professional, and positive about every aspect of the house. She is an all around great person and I highly recommend her!

Jolene was thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire home purchase process. Soon after we first spoke with Jolene, she had us start the pre-approval step and we were set up on a search surrounded schools we liked. When we found the perfect match, Jolene talked through the offer with us and then was great at negotiating. We ended up paying the least per square foot than any of our neighbors! Jolene has an assistant that helped as well once we were under contract, and they both guided us through inspections, appraisal, and closing step-by-step. We were in great hands the entire time and I would gladly recommend Jolene to anyone looking to buy or sell in Central Florida!

We worked with realtor Tony Galarza for our first ever experience of selling and buying a home in the Waterford Lakes Area. Just a month into our journey COVID19 hit and we were certain we would have to put everything on hold. But Tony kept pushing forward and we amazingly sold our old house and found and bought our dream home. I’m an art teacher and artist and was very impressed with the quality of photos taken to advertise our home. My husband has business experience and was very impressed with the marketing and sales experience. We loved being able to text or call our realtor at anytime and especially loved getting to just walk into the office in Waterford Lakes to sign paperwork when needed. COVID19 certainly lg did it’s best to strain our selling and buying experience but the fact that we still sold and bought in the midst of the pandemic should be proof alone of the quality of work we received from Wemert Realty. Jolene was very professional from the very beginning of the process. She eased my concerns by explaining the entire process, helped determined our list price by creating a CMA, hired a photographer for our listing photos, held open houses, negotiated fairly, and closed successfully. This is our 2nd home we have sold using Wemert Group Realty and working with Tony and Adrianna was great both times. Our first experience working with them made it a no brainer on who to call when we were ready to sell again. They kept us up to date on what was happening and worked through any of the little kinks that sometimes arise and made it virtually seamless for us.
