Tony Galarza was incredible in getting our home listed at the start of the pandemic. Beautiful photos, well written listing, and tons of behind the scenes effort to get us top dollar… and then turning on a dime with patience, grace and understanding when we decided showing a home in that great unknown of March 2020 was not for us. We relisted in Winter 2021 and had the house sold in no time flat. For any hiccups, Tony was on top of it. From there, Jennifer Rigsby picked up the baton, to help us navigate what of course became a frenzied and cutthroat market for buyers. No pressure. Endless Patience. On our first meeting, she asked important questions about our wants and needs, likes and dislikes. All agents do. But NOT all agents remember those notes- even months later. Much less remind YOU – mid frenzy- what you want and don’t want and dissuade you from making the wrong choice in a panic. When the right house finally did come along, she was there to show the home first thing in the morning and to help us package a deal quickly and correctly – so we didn’t miss out on a great place. We LOVE our new home – and that’s due, in no small part, to Jennifer’s guidance in helping us locate, id and land the perfect home for us. We met and discussed selling our home with Tony years before going through with it. The first impression he left with us was so helpful and aware of our specific plans that when we listed our home last year, we spoke to no one else. He provided us with an extensive punchlist which we completed in exacting fashion. Long story short, we listed on a Friday, showed the home 29 times over the weekend, and by 10am Monday, we had five offers, all of them at least $20,000 over our asking price. Credit also goes to Jenny Wemert herself who guided the effort when Tony was out a few days. We wouldn't recommend anyone other than Tony, with the exception perhaps of another partner at the Wemert Group.

The market is a rough place to be right now as a buyer! Tony and his team were literally the absolute best part about it. They went above and beyond every step of the way. As out-of-state buyers, they did a million and one Facetimes, Marco Polos, you name it. They were fast and helpful and fun to work with. I’m going to miss them now that the process is over! Elizabeth worked with me to find my rental house when I first moved to Florida 2 years ago. She was so great that I did not even think about using anyone else when I decided to buy my first home.
