A good communicator clearly explaining the process of selling from preparation to closure.

He was pleasant to work with. Always available to answer questions, even on weekends. Helped guide the clearing out of house and preparing the home for showing. He has a calm personality and approach that helped dampen my anxieties during the process. He wore a suit for the closing which spoke to his understanding of the significance of the event. I believe his best quality was his fast top rate responses to any communication sent his way. I would use his services again and recommend him to others.
