We met Meghan by chance in an open house and instantly made up our mind and requested her to be our buying agent. We bought our house in a difficult sellers’ market with little inventory and unrealistic prices. However, Meghan guided us to navigate through this difficult scenario and we are extremely happy with the way she managed every single detail of the entire process. The best part is that she is so approachable, and she always tries to help even if the issue is not directly related to home buying. For example, we were having a hard time getting our son in school in the WW-P school district as we were still in the initial stages of the buying process and didn’t have the address to quote in the school. Meghan talked herself with the district authorities and chalked out the plan about how my son can get registered in the school with the fully executed contract. There are several examples like this from our dealings with the city office, attorneys, inspectors and so on.
