Meghan exceeded all of our expectations of a realtor. She is constantly learning about new laws and regulations regarding home sales, she’s great at explaining complex ideas to first time home buyers, and she communicates with the rest of the team (attorney, lender, etc) very well. Our sale was complicated by missing permits- Meghan was calling the borough consistently to get updates and help move the process along which is WAY MORE than we could ever have asked of her. Truly a blessing and an amazing person to have on your team!

Meghan worked really hard for me! We looked at dozens and dozens of houses and went through 2 unsuccessful offers together. She had to talk me off the ledge more than once and I really appreciated her calmness while I was freaking out about not finding a house. Meghan’s guidance through the entire process - showings, offers, rejections, mortgage questions, inspection hell - was wonderful. She is professional and kind and really fun to work with! Even after moving in, Meghan was patient and giving of her time while I had to troubleshoot an issue that wasn’t addressed properly. She is an amazing source of information related to all things buying/selling/moving/town culture. I would not have made it through the stress of buying my house without her. And I did end up with my forever dream home!

Meghan was outstanding. We were so grateful that she was the agent working on getting our daughter and grandsons their new home in Bridgewater. Meghan was knowledgeable, professional and more importantly compassionate as this was a difficult time for our family. She made it very easy and as uncomplicated as possible for our daughter to go through the process of buying a new home. She answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns immediately. Meghan for sure will be our go-to agent when our next real estate need arises!

Meghan is the best. Hire her now. Meghan is a dedicated, patient, and knowledgeable agent. I highly recommend working with her. On the practical side, Meghan is very knowledgeable about the market and the buying process. She always had recommendations ready for outside vendors like inspectors, home repair specialists, mortgage brokers, lawyers, title agents, and everything else you may need! She knew what to look for in a house and was able to point out potential issues based on her experience. She is very organized, responsive, and proactive. She worked with us remotely as we moved across states, and made sure we never felt far away. She struck a great balance between offering her expert advice while still listening to our needs and hopes for our home. For us personally, Meghan went above and beyond to guide us through a pretty difficult home buying experience. She stuck with us as we had several potential purchases fall through (for reasons outside both our control). She kept a level head and helped us stay focused during what was often a very emotional and personal experience. I am so grateful to have had Meghan on our side! I have zero negative things to say. Hire her today.

Meghan was amazing and provided exceptional service. We interviewed 2 agents and chose Meghan over another experienced realtor. She had very good attitude and had all the patience. Her recommendations were always good and she made the whole home selling process easier and smooth. The market was so hot and we did receive close to 30 offers. Meghan was very organized to keep track of those many offers and also coordinated efficiently on the biding process. She helped seal the highest offer for almost 80k more than the list price. The home was sold at the highest price in the neighborhood. Meghan made the whole selling process stress free and always listened to us. Her recommendations always paid off and she went above and beyond during the staging and photograph process. I highly recommend Meghan and her recent number of sales also support this. Way to go Meghan.

Meghan was fantastic to work with when searching for and buying our (first) home. She was extremely responsive and respectful over many different methods of communication and quickly scheduled viewings, which helped given the housing market at this time. During the property viewings, Meghan pointed out details I wouldn’t have thought to consider, including design and layout. She was careful to let me draw my own conclusions about the property and was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the home, including flooring, appliances and utilities, and supported answers to my questions with her experience in the industry. She helped us narrow down neighborhoods in New Jersey, keeping mental notes of properties we liked to identify new prospects. During the purchase process, Meghan gave us honest advice and helped us when placing the offer, recommended an attorney and home insurance agent and helped us through the whole process. Importantly, we never felt pressured during the process and appreciated her expertise, efficiency, and positive demeanor. We strongly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.

Buying a home is always stressful but Meghan was such an incredibly helpful guide throughout the process! She was very quick to respond to any questions we have and was on top of all the follow ups needed with external parties. She recommended great professionals for our attorney review and inspection and was able to really advocate on our behalf to secure our perfect home. We can’t recommend her enough!
