We worked with Ron on a home purchase and sale of land. Selling land sometimes isn't the easiest but he was very persistent in finding a buyer for the property and kept his promise that he would have it sold. He answered all of the buyers questions/concerns quickly and made both parties comfortable with the transaction. Would 100% recommend Ron as your realtor for home purchase/sales.

In the most recent market with increased competition for buyers, speed and communication is a critical to get the home you want. I was out of town a lot during my search and purchase so Laura adjusted to my situation and helped coordinate flexible tours and even offered to tour the house in my absence. During the re-negotiation of the offer on the first house, Laura advocated for repairs/credits, and while we didn't move forward, it was for the best. I found another place and successfully closed within a very short period of time. Laura will offer her expert advice, but ultimately will always advocate for you and try to get you what you want-- exactly what agents should do.
