I was out of town a lot during my search and purchase so Laura adjusted to my situation and helped coordinate flexible tours and even offered to tour the house in my absence. During the re-negotiation of the offer on the first house, Laura advocated for repairs/credits, and while we didn't move forward, it was for the best. I found another place and successfully closed within a very short period of time. Laura will offer her expert advice, but ultimately will always advocate for you and try to get you what you want-- exactly what agents should do.
