Linda went above and beyond in selling my Grandmother's property on short notice, navigating a difficult situation as my Grandmother was making end-of-life arrangements. She exceeded my expectations. She worked with my grandmother and myself, arranging an out-of-state closing and ensured all documentation and checks were delivered. I highly recommend Linda!

We actually purchased a condo and Robin was our eyes and ears. She would go to the listing and facetime us so we could see best we could. She has always been available for us in every way be that by phone ( yes! She answers her phone!) By email or by text. When purchasing from another state this is so important to know your agent is there for you. I am a retired agent myself and tend to have high expectations and Robin would be my choice doing it all again. If you're buying or selling do yourself a favor and contact her. You won't regret it I promise!

James did an excellent job showing us numerous houses in this very difficult market. He just kept saying he knew we would find the perfect house, and we did. He was always willing to offer his expertise as we were putting together offers. His support did not end after we had an offer accepted. Having just moved to the area we had no contacts. He found a thorough inspector and then suggested experts he knew to check out areas of concern. We didn't know James prior to this experience and now we consider him a friend.

Due to special circumstances with SBA, the transaction took six months. The patience and day-to-day involvement of Mrs. Schnee-Benitez was crucial to the closing. The price was low due to the urgency of sale.

I've known Mary Clevenger for about 20 years now and she has handled mostly any real estate business for me and my late husband. Her knowledge in the business is phenomenal. She recently listed my home on a Wednesday, had a sign up on Thursday, open house on Friday and Saturday and there was an offer by Saturday night. Mary is the best.

Linda is a very motivated person, very friendly and easy to work with. She gets in touch with you. Took 2 days to sell my house and she helped us with everything. I will be contacting her for my next house to sell for sure.

Linda was there every step of the way, by phone, by e-mail, and in person. She was skilled and professional. She worked well with us. If we had another house to sell there, we would go with Linda again.

I have known Linda for quite a long time and know for a fact she takes care of her customers to the best of her ability. This is being written by her friend and Dave Jackson

Linda is very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. She has been consistent in every aspect of my recent transaction even to the point of extraordinary effort to help complete difficult tasks beyond what one can expect of a real estate agent. I feel that had I not had her as my agent I would probably not have completed the purchase of my home.

Honesty is the best way to describe Linda Kress From start to beyond the finished sale she upheld her commitment to us as sellers and to the buyers. She took care of both parties as if the sale was her own.

Linda is trustworthy. No bait n switch here. Totally transparent and thoughtful to my needs. Knowledgeable too. She was 100% available, even taking time out during her family vacation to help iron out some further details. I couldn’t be happier with the buying experience and will utilize her services again when buying property in Florida.
