You want find a realtor who will work harder and smarter for you anywhere
I've never seen a realtor who follows up more and who makes sure every team member is on the same page working for the same goal ….. THE CLIENT!!!!! Would I hire her again, would I recommend her to friends ... YES and YES.

She was the listing agent and she got me top dollar and I had switched agents because I wasn’t getting results. She did and fast. I am a building contractor and this was a new home.

During a very difficult time, as the home I was selling was inherited. The pain was hard to deal with from the passing of a loved one, but Rachel’s professionalism and hard work made the process fast and easy. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated her throughout the selling of this home. Unfortunately I had something emergent come up, but Rachel made sure to have mobile singers available to my every convienence. Highly recommend Rachel!

Geoff is a great realtor.
Geoff is a great realtor. Very professional and knowledgeable. Pays attention to details and communicates objectives very well with all parties involved. There were a few unexpected bumps along the way but Geoff worked through all of them, including lining up contractors in a timely fashion required to correct some minor issues that popped up during "inspection". No problem. He kept the sale moving and we closed the sale on time without any delay. He does what it takes to get the deal done. Without his expertise the deal would have fallen apart. We priced the home right and sold it a little above asking price.

Rachel is an awesome Real Estate Agent
Rachel is an awesome Real Estate Agent. She assisted me 8 years ago when I was in the process of buying a home. Unfortunately, I had a home built. Now here we are 2017 and she SOLD the home that I had built 8 years ago and she is helping me with the process of re-building. I have so much respect for her as she loves her job just as much as she does her clients. She is extremely knowledgeable, provides premier customer service and is honest.

I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking to buy or sell. I have worked with her several times in buying and selling homes and she has always done a terrific job and has always been up front and honest. She is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She has met me after hours to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Even the little things like coming home during the fall season to a bag of treats left for our girls. That is something that takes time and effort and shows she really cares for her clients. I can't say enough good things about her.
