Buying your first home is a stressful time as my husband and I recently learned. If Debbie wasn’t there for us throughout the entire process I don’t know what we would have done. From the start we noticed she was extremely knowledgeable about the different parts of Lakeland that we were considering. She also took all of our wants and needs into account when suggesting properties to look at and did not waste our time looking at properties if she knew it did not meet our criteria. This was a breath of fresh air as a prior realtor we used had tried to convince us a home in Mulberry was in south side Lakeland. With Debbie's help we had an offer in on our dream home within 2 weeks of looking. She walked us through the entire process from the offer, counteroffer, inspections, walkthroughs, and closing. If we ever had a question she was available over text, email, or phone at almost anytime of the day.
