•Linda was amazing! We decided to sell our previous home of 22 years to an investor and move to a new home that we had not yet identified. Linda was patient, always available, and the definition of a professional. We eventually identified a home and Linda arranged a tour quickly - the day of the tour was on a national holiday. Linda never hesitated or expressed that the tour would be any inconvenience to her, but we knew it was to some degree. During the tour, we decided this was the home for us. Linda quickly arranged an offer and started the financing process with our broker. A week later, the investor backed out of the purchase of our existing home. Once again, Linda displayed her character and poise by stepping in and handling the sale of our home. Keep in mind that we had set a closing date for the new home with the original date of the offer on our existing home that was now almost 2 weeks old. Linda made all the dates work and we closed on our existing home with the new buyer when we needed to so that we were able to close on our new home on the original date. Linda was truly AMAZING! We can't thank her enough and we would recommend her to anyone! Thank you, Linda!
