Myrna's market value analysis was spot on. The home was listed with great care and was under contract after just one day on the market and at the net selling price, I expected. Myrna facilitated the resolution of an appraisal problem where the value came in a little low. Due to her efforts, the requested price adjustment was not necessary. The closing occurred one week later than expected but this was due to the buyer's lender failing to stay on schedule. Myrna was all over this with follow up which was critical because the other side was not communicating at all well.
