Kim was excellent. We had a very short time, less than a week to come down and find a new home. She researched our needs, within 2 days, we found our dream home. With both of us wanting different things, she was able to marry our wants and needs! Living out of state, she saw to all the inspections, oversaw the repairs as well as all the paperwork. She was a joy to work with, very patient with me, who is technically challenged. She would be my go to for all purchases and sales. She knows the ever changing market, and is totally honest and fair, pointing out issues in properties, when you overlook something. We could not as for a better experience.
