Kim was absolutely on top of everything!
If you need a realtor that will make everything operate smoothly you want Kim! She was absolutely on top of everything. My husband and I recently purchased a home before we met kim and it felt like there were way too many moving parts. With Kim we were able to relax and know that it was all getting done. Furthermore if she hadn’t been on top of issues such as how the insurance on old homes can be challenging, we may not have closed. Was great working with Kim during the sales process of my home! She went above and beyond to ensure the property was staged in a manner that would ensure house was sold as soon as possible and at the highest amount! Kim Alexander was absolutely fantastic. As everyone knows by now the housing market is complex and can be a difficult process. We had a situation where the house seemed like it was ours but things weren’t adding up.
