Kim is amazing! My experience with her was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for during this process. Over the years I have bought and sold many houses in two different states and this was, by far, the best experience I have had with an agent. I was the executor for my late stepmom's estate which included this home. I contacted Kim and she immediately immersed herself helping me deal with all of the many hurdles that come with an estate sale. After a yearlong legal process and endless family squabbles (I won't go into detail!), and with her working patiently with me the whole time, Kim sold the house and was able to get a price that was 20% higher than I expected.
