I was the executor for my late stepmom's estate which included this home. I contacted Kim and she immediately immersed herself helping me deal with all of the many hurdles that come with an estate sale. After a yearlong legal process and endless family squabbles (I won't go into detail!), and with her working patiently with me the whole time, Kim sold the house and was able to get a price that was 20% higher than I expected. A total professional, Kim never left a single detail unattended. She is a consummate professional in every regard. I don't give five stars to anything I review online with very few exceptions. Kim is one of those exceptions. I'd give her ten stars if I could. I totally endorse her to anyone who is considering buying or selling a home. Thanks Kim! You're the best!
