Sherre is responsible for helping me close one NIGHTMARE or a deal; she was relentless and without hesitation threw herself into the volcano daily. Initially the agent I met with was nice but aloof. She didn't know much about the rental process, however having dealt with the people in the office was a complete disappointment. They were dodgey and lacked urgency, they most certainly lost my business and respect.
