She was always professional and concerned with the goal of securing what we wanted in a property. I would recommend Robin very highly to all buyers and sellers, in particular, to first time buys with limited knowledge of the process. She has resources out side the market who can provide services to make the after process easier. Robin would be equally competent at handling a $50,000.00 property or a $10,000, 000.00 property. I would highly recommend Robin Skaggs to help you buy or sell a home. Robin has helped us sell two houses and buy two homes. She has great negotiation skills and helped us counter our offer several times until both the buyer and the seller were satisfied with the decisions made. She is quick to respond to phone calls and her customer service skills are unsurpassed. She was precise in her offers so there were no surprises when we were at closing. Robin made staging suggestions and hosted open houses which resulted in the houses going under contract quickly at a fair price even during a declining market. Edyta was professional, courteous, polite and personable, knowledgeable and pleasant and prompt, She is a great real estate agent. She was the go between myself and owner of home. Certain repairs needed to be done and made sure required paperwork and signatures were done. Made sure inspection done on house and contacted repair person to get job done. Had inspection done again to make sure all repairs were done.
