Tish readily understood my desires and budget. She showed me options within my parameters and in the limited time I had to look. We visited many homes that met my wishes, and I found the house that fulfilled my expectations. Then she craft-fully handled my offer to purchase with the seller’s agent, leading to a smooth transition of ownership to me. Tish explained the procedures necessary to close the deal. Then she “held my hand” by providing a schedule to accomplish the tasks and suggested local services to inspect the property, determining if the property met occupancy building standards. NOTE: The offer to purchase and to close the deal was accomplished remotely. I highly recommend Tish Harner as your agent when you buy or sell your home in the Fairhope, AL area.
