•Kevin was an excellent partner through the whole process of selling our house. With two young kids, we had a lot of toys and clutter in every room. Kevin coached us on how to declutter to get the house looking its best. Our house sold the first weekend for more than I expected. Since we are in the process of building our next house, we were just about to sign a lease on a rental when Kevin noticed that the buyer wasn't going to use the house as their primary residence and reached out to them to ask if they would let us rent our house back while our new place is being built. They agreed and Kevin worked with them on drawing up the rental agreement. Instead of moving our kids twice in 1 year, we get to stay in our house and enjoy the holidays. Kevin is a great guy. I recommend Kevin to anyone looking to buy or sell their home and wants a partner who cares enough to get them the right deal not just a quick deal. Kevin, We can't thank you enough for the wonderful experience you created during a stressful time. I can't believe my family is lucky enough to sell our house to get the equity out for the down payment on our new build and not have to move our kids from their home. Your favorite clients, Pat and Lauren
