Expert, and Fast
I chose to work with Walt Simpson because he had knowledge and accolades that ensured me that it would be a smooth and quick process. It took him a few weeks to sell my home from the day I met him, and for more than what the other realtors believed I could get, way more.

Three words: Real Estate Hero
Walt was the first realtor to reach out to me after I entered my information on UpNest/Realtor.com. He was polite and knowledgeable, and we scheduled an interview in person a few days later. During the interview, it was clear that he had done his research on comparable properties and that he understood the current market very well. He was confident that we could hit my desired selling price and gave me a clear idea of the sequence of events if I chose him as my realtor. He was kind, laid back, and able to answer my questions. After meeting with other realtors later that day, I called Walt to inform him that I'd like to have him represent me in the selling of my home. From there the process was very smooth. He made it easy to complete all of the initial paperwork digitally, he listed my home as "Coming Soon" to generate interest, arranged a photographer to take pictures and create a 3D tour, responded to questions from potential buyers, was available to answer my questions and concerns while I was scheduling showings, talked to me at-length about the offers we received, and respected my decision of which offer I wanted to accept. He was honest about the risks associated with each offer and kept me informed as we waited for the appraisal to clear and the lender to give the final approval to go to settlement. I'm extremely happy with my decision to have Walt as my realtor and would highly recommend him. If you're okay having an Eagles fan that uses the word "Gucci" to describe the state of your real estate transaction, then Walt is the guy for you!

He was a good and clear communicator
Walt was great to work with. He worked at finding a price point I was happy with vs trying to find a low price that would lead to a fast transaction. He did not encourage me do expensive upgrades that I ultimately did not need to do. He was a good and clear communicator. Very reasonable person to work with. I would recommend Walt to others.

Mr. Walt Simpson is very knowledgeable
From the very first phone conversation, until our fist meeting Mr. Walt Simpson was very kind, easy to talk to and understanding of what I needed in a Realtor. Each following phone call he provided me with very up to date information in real estate in my area. Mr. Walt Simpson is very knowledgeable of all real estate properties. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Simpson and would definitely contact him again for future real estate purchases.

He seemed to be someone possessing excellent communication skills
My first impression of Walt Simpson, via email no less, was that of a fair and straightforward professional who understands people and what customers want. Call it a hunch but he seemed to be someone possessing excellent communication skills with whom you could easily build a rapport and work with, and a great listener. He understands your viewpoint as a customer and creates a win-win outcome. Along with those skills, Walt is knowledgeable and gets the job done. He is also responsive to calls, emails, and texts exceeding normal expectations, and does what he says he will do. Walt is a master at understanding how to guide and handle frazzled people during the stressful process of selling or buying a home and made it a highly positive experience. I can not recommend Walt highly enough.
