Fathema was great! She took the time to understand our requirements and showed us appropriate listings. Once we signed the contract she was with us all the way to make sure that things were done the right way and that the builder fixed all issues. She is always on top of things and you can trust her to make sure things are done right. If she is your realtor, you can rest easy that you are going to get the best house and that everything is going to be taken care for you.

We were very blessed and lucky to have an agent like Fathema. We were buying in a very competitive market, with a limited budget. Fathema refused to let us overbid on homes that were not worth the asking price, and worked tirelessly to help find our ideal home, within budget. She is efficient and responsive. Her communication skills and understanding of the local market works in favor of her buyers. It was the perfect, first time home buying experience for us. Don't bother calling anyone else.
