First things first, Atasha is AMAZING. As a first time homebuyer, there are a million unknowns and this process is terrifying. She helped us start to finish, answering all of our questions, explaining every part of the process and building confidence along the way. We had a pretty rough buying experience, however Atasha was the silver lining. I know we were not her only client, but she made us feel like we were. Always available to show us properties and easy to reach for questions and concerns. I will recommend her to anyone I know looking in the area. She is easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and most important to us, always on our side with a strong advocating voice. I don’t know what we would have done without her. Thank you a million times, Atasha. You are genuinely wonderful!

Very knowledgeable about the market, including the quirks. Good advice on how to handle the home presentation to perspective buyers. How to manage repairs and how to manage bids when they come in. Very easy to talk to and good sense of humor. A realtor with a real sense on how to deal with the whole process. Would recommend him unequivocally !
