Leanne was more than just a realtor. She was a partner, an advisor, and an advocate for us throughout the home selling process. We had an initial meeting with Leanne and her husband/teammate David to have an exploratory discussion about listing our property in the future. The meeting was very pleasant. They understood that we were not immediately ready to list yet and respected our decision and never pressured us to sign anything with them, while still providing us great insight from the start. Once we were ready to list, we picked up right where we left off, and began planning together the best strategy to sell our property. Leanne helped us identify the shortcomings of our property and provided useful feedback and recommendation to improve the chances of selling our property. Leanne coordinated a professional photographer for our pictures which turned out great. Leanne and we had open communication with feedback when preparing the listing descriptions and other presentation related to our property to make sure that we are presenting our property the best way. Leanne managed the home showing / open house process and kept us informed about appointments and feedback of prospective buyers. Once we were in contract, Leanne continued to follow up with all parties involved to ensure the sale/closing process is in line with the agreed upon terms and timeline.
