We met Charles by chance but I am so grateful that we did. He acted as both our realtor and mortgage broker, which made the process of pre-approval and purchasing a home so much easier especially during this crazy time with so many unknown and constantly changing factors. Charles was always up to date with any information regarding the housing market, interest rates, and loan processes. He was always available by phone, text or email to answer questions, trouble shoot or sometimes just to offer words of comfort when we were stressed along the way. Our experience with Charles was smooth, pleasant and professional. 10/10 will use him for all of our future real estate endeavors and will absolutely recommend him to all of my family and friends. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate. Always answered the phone and believe me I called alot being that my process became difficult. He calmed me and went to war for us and we came out on the winning side. I think if it were someone else they would've became impatient with us and we probably wouldn't be in our dream home. Charles is the best real estate agent a home buyer or seller could want. We met him while he was showing a property and he quickly became the real estate agent we wanted to work with for the purchase of our new home. Charles was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced and personable. He negotiated a purchase price for us which came in under the appraisal and walked us through the entire home purchasing process. The service that he provided was above and beyond anything we could have anticipated and managed to make the whole process enjoyable.
