First of all I must say that, Ritesh Rai is awesome! His passion for going extra miles for home buyer is simply amazing! My wife and I are the first time home buyers. My friends who are already own their house, advised us to not get involved with realtor agents .. So, we used to go open house by ourselves and never got any feedback from seller agent. Then, my wife and I decided to go with an realtor agent. Luckily, we've met with Ritesh Rai at an open house in long Island. He literally explained in and out of that property .. and at the same time, based on our budget he simply said that, " Ahmed I'll find you a happy home within two months " literally within a month and half he showed us a small potential home .. fully paid off solar panels, thankless gas heating, fully renowned kitchen and coconut white paint ..
