Mashell was a great asset, her knowledge of the real estate market was incredible. She always made sure I completed all necessary paperwork as well as made all my appointments. I signed a contract for a house before I closed on the property I live at now. And there were major issues with that property, not once did Mashell make me feel pressured or rushed into something that would cost me in the long run. Instead she allowed me to find something else that I could feel comfortable in. And that’s what I did. It took about 40 days to close on the second house, because of Mashell consistency I was able to close on the house that I’m now living in. I’m very grateful that she was a God sent and I wish there were more people like that. Even after I closed Mashell still check in on my family, she wasn’t just out to make a commission she was human. Mashell really stepped up to the plate and went all in for our family! Even when things looked not hopeful she truly stayed focused and got us to the finish line! As first time home buyers and really not being prepared for this still every hurdle was jumped with ease! I could not recommend her more! So thankful to her for everything as now we sit a family of four in a beautiful home! Mashell understood the need and urgency of our situation and just ran with it! Thank you a million!!! My husband and I worked with Melissa via phone calls, texts, and FaceTime during the successful purchase of our new home due to purchasing in Ohio and residing in Texas at the time. Melissa was ALWAYS responsive, even at unreasonable hours and kept us informed of everything during the process. During house hunting, she would even take her shoes off to check and see if basement floors were moist/wet and check functional items, such as plumbing with the know how experience. Depending on how you wanted to construct your loan, Melissa was also knowledgable on what loans would accept what conditions of the home you were looking at. After having her look through over 8 homes for us during a 4 day window, and thanks to her prompt communication, we were able to seal the deal on our new place in record time. If you are looking for someone who isn't going to just tell you what you want to hear and be frank with facts, Melissa is your agent. We would definitely work with her again or suggest her to anyone moving to our area because she lives up to her "mouth of the south" reputation, truly cares for her customers, and puts in the hard work.
