After working with another agent for a short time, my wife and I began working with Ruby to purchase our first home. It was very easy for us to talk to her and she worked hard to show us homes we were interested in. She is very responsive to all calls, text, etc. Once we found a home, we unfortunately ended up with a very difficult seller. The seller was representing themselves and unwilling to make a fair deal for the home. Ruby was a very professional resource in the negotiations as well as during the inspection phase to get us the concessions we deserved. She provided the barrier we needed and was able to negotiate through the sellers rude tactics and harsh words to get us to a deal. Without her this deal would not have been reached. She also is the main reason the experience turned out so positive and, dare I say, fun even, given this situation. I can not recommend Ruby enough.
