We were stressed with other issues & not in a good mood to begin with. Jennifer Lazarian put us at ease & we felt she was very honest. This proved to be true as she worked very hard for us from day 1 until even after the actual purchase, concerned if we had any further issues, questions, needs, etc. We were highly pleased with everything she did for us. She was clearly working 'for us' as opposed to past experience where that was not the case. Would recommend her to my own mother & will use her again if we ever decide to move. She just made you feel like you could tell her anything & it wasn't going to annoy her. She would go to bat for you no matter what OR find another house. She even said not to worry something would come up, when we couldn't find anything we wanted. Thank you Jennifer for a delightful experience & the perfect home !

Five stars is not enough to give Denise Hardin. Buying and selling our home with Denise Hardin was an incredible experience. Consistently, Denise went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. My husband and I had not gone through the buying/selling process in twenty years, so we were not sure what to expect! Even when there were bumps in the road, Denise took care of them immediately. My husband and I have worked with Laurie both to buy our first home and later to sell that home when we had to move states for a new job, and we highly recommend her! Laurie is an incredibly nice, trustworthy, dependable, responsive, and hard-working person. She was always super quick to respond to messages, and she was excellent about keeping you in the loop and providing updates -- she'd even touch base when there was no update just to let us know she was still working on things! When we sold our house, our first buyers' financing fell through, but Laurie hit the ground running as soon as we re-listed and got multiple showings lined up. We were under contract with new buyers within a few days and closed successfully that time! All in all, even with the first contract falling through, the house was actively on the market only about 10 days total, and I credit Laurie for it selling so fast!
