Handled a complicated situation with first time home buyers

In this current (as of late 2025/early 2026) the housing market in Lee county has been terrible. She helped my tenants navigate through the process of buying the home and making sure that everyone was kept informed and dealt with problems as they arose, as many did. I was able to get the house sold for a reasonable price and also provide the tenants/buyers with incentives to make it happen.
