Marcelo was a fantastic realtor! We needed to sell our house by a certain date because we were moving across the country. Also, I had just had a baby and had to recover from a c-section. So, needless to say, I was in no condition to worry about selling a house and making a major move. But Marcelo made the process very, very easy and we sold the house in 3 days! It was unbelievable! He was always very professional, responded quickly when we contacted us, treated us with respect and patience, negotiated everything very well, and got us the exact closing day we needed before the big move. We trust him 100% and would highly recommend him.

Marcelo Martinez's services were wonderful! He helped us choose the perfect house. He answered ALL of our questions. He explained every step along the way with great details. We had no unpleasant surprises. He negotiated a very good price for us with the seller and made sure that all minor issues/fixes on the house were taken care of by the seller.I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house
