Marcelo was a fantastic realtor! We needed to sell our house by a certain date because we were moving across the country. Also, I had just had a baby and had to recover from a c-section. So, needless to say, I was in no condition to worry about selling a house and making a major move. But Marcelo made the process very, very easy and we sold the house in 3 days! It was unbelievable! He was always very professional, responded quickly when we contacted us, treated us with respect and patience, negotiated everything very well, and got us the exact closing day we needed before the big move.
