Very Professional and Helpful

Claudette and I are former colleagues from years ago, so when it came time to sell my DC co-op, I had no hesitation in asking her to be my real estate agent. She was very knowledgeable about the Foggy Bottom market and was gracious about keeping my sometimes unrealistic expectations in check. Claudette was able to answer all of my questions and would explain my options, always asking and confirming what my decisions were. I could not be happier with my choice of real estate agents. Great Service

Kim worked with me as my buyer agent. She listened, understood exactly what my goals were, and made sure we were successful. Communication was constant and she was always available. Every concern was addressed between her and the seller / agent. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her as my rental agent in the near future.

Real estate Experience, communication skills and professionalism.

My sister had referred me to Claudette because she was her agent sometime ago and she said she was good. My sister said she would help me with any questions about selling my home in todays market. Well, she was right. She has Experience, She advised me about decluttering, painting, etc, my home so it would show nice on the internet. She advised me on pricing my home. We communicated, we were on the same page. She is very Professional and so is her staff and the people she works with. You don't fill like you are being taken. I would recommend her.
