Peter was amazing with my situation, I was moving out of state and looking for work while still living in my home. so I needed to not sell my house until I found a job and place but also have someone who could list it quickly and sell within a time frame. I knew that if I wanted to sell quickly I'd have to price it to sell quickly but I did have a number in mind I needed to get out of the house. When the time came to sell, he listed the house and within 24 hours had multiple offers for more than I expected to get. closing went smoothly and Peter kept in contact throughout the process. Peter went to work and offered great advice to help us buy our fist home. Even With repairs and upgrades needed we are very satisfied. My only suggestion would be to use a more thorough Home inspection company. They missed the broken/clogged sewage pipe, and a broken leaking pool and skimmer. Both had to be replaced. Other than that Mr Rodriguez was always there for us no matter what time of the day. We’re very happy with his work ethic and honesty.
