Peter Rodriguez worked with me in finding us a property within a very specific set of boundaries we had. Specific specific apartment size, rooms, adjacency to key landmarks etc. Peter showed deep level of expertise in all neighborhood we looked into, he was able to find important legal information about the properties that helped us rule out properties that at "face value" could have met our requirements. Once we identified the property, he suggested companies that he has close relationship with. Lenders, appraisers etc. Peter also identified key information that helped us negotiate asking price to our favor. After we closed the deal, he suggested a complete list of other companies (electricians, HVAC repairs, handyman etc.) that helped us complete repairs needed to the property. In summary, Peter Rodriguez turned out to be a total solution, far more than just a realtor agent, the value add in the process was immense. Peter was amazing to work with through the entire process. He went above and beyond to help us find the right home in such a fast pace market when we were extremely pressed for time. He even showed us homes that may have been a bit far out of his typical showing area. On a couple of occasions we were held up getting to the showings due to traffic and life events, and he was very understanding and patient with us.
