•Stephanie was terrific from the beginning to end. She was super knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations about how to prepare the house, when to put it on the market, and how much to list it for. She put me in touch with a wonderful team to make upgrades so the house would have a Wow factor. The house sold for way more than list and even before the first open house. I live out of town and I was able to completely rely on Stephanie to coordinate things in my absence. Stephanie's enthusiasm was over the top in a good way. She was also very understanding of the emotional attachment I had with the house and was sympathetic to my feelings. I really can't say enough wonderful things about Stephanie. I 100% recommend her if you are selling or buying a house.
